Restaurant Manager (2 Venues)
This is a great career opportunity to run the floor operations for a busy cafe and large restaurant venues in Southern Sydney.
Along with the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the financial performance of both venues – driving costs down and increasing patronage through your passionate customer service skills.
Your make the roster and it is envisaged that your days might be Wednesday to Saturday, with the occasional Sunday event.
Marketing & Finance support is available.
Train & manage the floor staff.
Proven successful floor management experience – 8 + years experience
Effective trainer of staff
Ability to put new systems in place
Strong people person & manager
Excel in customer service
Warm & friendly personality
French speaking would be advantageous
